How soon can you shoot?
Most real estate shoots are booked within 2–3 days. For portraits, I usually have openings within two weeks — golden-hour evenings fill fastest.
How do I get my photos?
You’ll get an email with a link to a private gallery (and a PIN if you’d like one). Download everything in one click — full resolution or MLS-sized.
Do I need to prepare the home?
Yes, a little goes a long way: open blinds, lights on, counters cleared, cars out of the driveway. I’ll send a simple checklist when we book.
What if it rains?
Interiors don’t mind. For exteriors I’ll reshoot on a better day at no charge, or we can swap in a twilight set.
What should I wear?
Solid colours and soft textures photograph beautifully. I send a short style guide after booking and I’m always happy to look at options.
Where do you travel?
Anywhere in Pittsburgh and Allegheny County at no charge; beyond that there’s a small travel fee I’ll quote up front.
